Your first appointment at Resonation Acupuncture will last about 75-90 minutes (subsequent visits usually last 60-75 minutes). It is best if you do not come to your appointment on a full or empty stomach.

Please wear loose fitting clothing that easily goes up to your knees and elbows, and an extra layer I can drape over you if you run cold.

You will need to complete the Health History questionnaire prior to treatment. For your convenience and to save time, you may download the questionnaire, complete it in advance and bring it with you to your appointment.
