Wellness Coaching is an opportunity to identify what is needed to experience more health and wellbeing and step into action with ease.
We start with the Foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) including
The Taoist 5 Elements; Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood
and the 4 Cornerstones to Health; Sleep, Nutrition, Movement (Exercise) and Mindset.
If one of these areas is out of balance, the structural stability of Health is out of balance. My goal is to identify what serves your specific constitution and help you easily integrate this information into your lifestyle so you can maintain a state of wellness.
Finding your “KEYS”…
I call this process Finding your “KEYS”, your keys to vitality. If we can locate 1 or 2 key areas where there is desire and excitement to try out a new habit, the upward spiral of health begins and the authentic desire to gently and lovingly alter lifestyle habits gains momentum.

My goals as your Wellness Coach is to not only support you in making successful lifestyle shifts but also assist in the healthy movement of Qi allowing for not only the resolution of illness and pain but to also increase energy and vitality, preserve youth, and promote longevity.
With Telemedicine Wellness Coaching I use a combination of Chinese herbs, Qi Gong, as well as nutritional and dietary changes to assist your body’s smooth flow of Qi. We can address acute and chronic conditions and can help in many situations where Western medicine may have limited solutions.
